Hi I’m Rico Santangelo and I just pledged for Beta Phi Delta spring quarter 2011. I was drawn to Beta Phi Delta by its warm, family-like structure which made me feel welcome right from the beginning. I met the brothers and sisters of the fraternity during fall quarter and ever since then I have only grown closer to them. My hobbies include bowling, playing video games, or hanging out with friends. I love Asian things; including my girlfriend who is Chinese. Chinese food is my favorite, but I also love Korean BBQ, pho, ramen (Ajisen Ramen if you have heard of it), boba, etc. I just survived my first year at UCR; being a Biosci major it was pretty difficult. I live in Rancho Cucamonga which is a short, thirty-minute drive from UCR. Although I could commute, I choose to live near campus to make things easier. I hope you consider joining the brothers and sisters of Beta Phi Delta where you are treated like family, right from the beginning.
