Hello I am Daniel Yim and currently I am the Internal Vice President and Treasurer of Beta Phi Delta, as well as a third year biology student at UCR. I am a very simple person from San Francisco, but I’m known to be lazy yet productive. What I’m known for is that I heavily drink soda like Coca-Cola and how I’m in love with salt. I’m naturally quiet, but very approachable and talkative when you get to know me. I’m very well rounded in the sense that I try to do everything and almost love everything. I am what you call a typical Asian, whose top priority is family, school and relationships. Despite losing a load of sleep and getting addicted to massive amounts of energy drinks, the latest one is 5-hour energy, I still maintain those priorities. My goal in life is to help others, but only when I’m able to. Beta Phi Delta provides me with an opportunity to meet with my priorities in life. As we get to know each other better, we build stronger relationships where we begin to welcome each other as family. Beta Phi Delta is an opportunity to build strong relationships, learn about family, and be surrounded by well educated students to motivate you to do better in school.
