We, the members of the Alpha Chapter of Beta Phi Delta, founded and chartered on the campus of the University of California-Riverside on January 31st, 2002, do adopt these articles, ordain and establish this constitution, and subscribe to the regulations and policies of the University of California, Riverside. This fraternity is established on the foundation of brother and sisterhood, leadership, social communion, as well as the promotion of service to the local community and humanity as a whole.

The objective of Beta Phi Delta is to provide service to the community of the City of Riverside and its surrounding areas, while maintaining and creating lifelong friendships within the organization; to promote and build leadership, social, and organizational skills as well as a better understanding of the community in which we live.
